Hi!We are a family of filmmakers, holding a music and filming studio in SE5 and we have a 10 year old daughter. We are about to change house and are looking to rent privately again. Ideally a 2 bedroom house/flat with garden access. We can provide references from landlords and neighbours, we don't have any CCJ’s and both credit checks are clear. We need to find our new place by the end of January, but we are flexible and could move out anytime between now and then. We would love to come and see it and introduce ourselves. Thank you!
