I am renting a two bedroom flat based in East Dulwich which was appraised by a local agent at £2400 as the market rate, I am lowering the price to £2100 (excl bills) as it is more important to me to find the right tenant.  I am currently decorating (hence no pictures  ready)  however the flat is available for viewing.  You can call for more information etc on 07377 802427.

Hi!We are a family of filmmakers, holding a music and filming studio in SE5 and we have a 10 year old daughter. We are about to change house and are looking to rent privately again. Ideally a 2 bedroom house/flat with garden access. We can provide references from landlords and neighbours, we don't have any CCJ’s and both credit checks are clear. We need to find our new place by the end of January, but we are flexible and could move out anytime between now and then. We would love to come and see it and introduce ourselves. 👀 Thank you!

    • That's not a bad idea, though I also want to keep the site as simple and user friendly as possibly. It's ultimately about getting a balance between being informative and being a good read. Stars are useful but I'd like people to read the reviews too.
    • Standard places haven’t got any? Anyone seen any on sale this week? thanks
    • Sue. You really don’t have to keep saying about the electoral system    a) we all know about it b) it doesn’t matter    FPTP is the system we have always had and hopefully we will get rid of it someday but it is what it is    when anyone suggests changing the system Corbyn is right there at the front of the queue to prevent it   so its pointless him or any of supporters complaining about it    the evidence you want is the result of the elections. You can’t have clearer evidence.
    • Has anyone from the school commented? Have they said why? Is it a fresh start? Is it that Grove in the name may have connotations of wealth and they want to attract more applicants from a wider area? Is that it currently is linked to the DKH Estate?
