mima08
Hiya, I saw Daniel Harvey, the chiropractor on Crystal Palace road when I had very bad SPD - could hardly walk. 3 sessions and I could move around again without pain. http://www.dulwichchiropractic.co.uk/good luck, mx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35275-treatment-for-spdppgp/#findComment-669806 Share on other sites
simonethebeaver
I second Daniel Harvey. But there are also specialist women's physios at Tommy's - your GP should be able to refer you. They are ace, but there is a wait to see them. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35275-treatment-for-spdppgp/#findComment-670128 Share on other sites
pebbles
My friend had really really bad SPD and she went to Russell of Dulwich Physio details here 163-169 Crystal Palace Road London SE22 9EP 020 8693 9930 He revolutionised her pregnancy.I've also seen him for back pain that I had post pregnancy and he sorted me out immediately.Highly recommend him Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35275-treatment-for-spdppgp/#findComment-670187 Share on other sites

Bonfire2010
Thanks all. I've managed to get an appointment to see Russell so hopefully I'll start to feel better soon as I've been in agony. patt1980
Bumping this to see if anyone knows of an emergency physio that would be open on a Sunday to try and help my severe SPD? I have had it throughout this pregnancy (and 1st) but its been manageable but this weekend at 37 weeks it has become chronic, I can't put any weight on my right side, sleep or move freel and not sure I can wait till either of the above open tomorrow! Thanks. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/35275-treatment-for-spdppgp/#findComment-681167 Share on other sites
midivydale
Try Russell, he seems to work pretty much all the time. So sorry to hear you are suffering! patt1980
Thanks midivydale have tried the above number with no luck but I'll leave a message as I guess he may pick it up before tomorrow. I can cope with the suffering whilst my husband is here just a bit worried about tomorrow when he's at work and have a lively 2.5 year old to contend with! Oh well only 3 weeks'ish to go although my daughter was born at 42 weeks so hoping it's not another 5!
