My friend had really really bad SPD and she went to Russell of Dulwich Physio details here

He revolutionised her pregnancy.

I've also seen him for back pain that I had post pregnancy and he sorted me out immediately.

Highly recommend him

Bumping this to see if anyone knows of an emergency physio that would be open on a Sunday to try and help my severe SPD? I have had it throughout this pregnancy (and 1st) but its been manageable but this weekend at 37 weeks it has become chronic, I can't put any weight on my right side, sleep or move freel and not sure I can wait till either of the above open tomorrow!

Thanks.

Thanks midivydale have tried the above number with no luck but I'll leave a message as I guess he may pick it up before tomorrow. I can cope with the suffering whilst my husband is here just a bit worried about tomorrow when he's at work and have a lively 2.5 year old to contend with! Oh well only 3 weeks'ish to go although my daughter was born at 42 weeks so hoping it's not another 5!

    • They are way to expensive for a charity shop
    • Have you though of the Mayhew? https://themayhew.org They are based near Kensal Green in north London. Otherwise Dogs Trust?
    • Even discounting by 50% wouldn't bring their prices to an appropriate place, it's crazy.  They label items of clothing from high street shops as twice as expensive as they would have been new.  If something has a high end label they price it as it would have been brand new regardless of the condition. I heard  someone question this with the manager the other day, they wanted to buy a very bobbly cashmere jumper with a big moth hole in it that was priced at £70. They asked the manager why it was priced so highly when it was in poor condition and ventured that in another charity shop it might be £5 and the manager said that when they got a designer or high end high street label item donated they googled to check what it was priced originally and priced it similarly.  A friend went there recently because they needed the buy a plain white shirt for their teenager for a school performance and there were 2 white shirts there, one £50 and one £80.  A worn pair of Nike air force 1 were priced at £40 last time I was there.  it's crackers
    • Popped in today and the staff were telling people everything was 50% off! Even books.. It includes Sunday so I'm definitely going back tomorrow
