C40 Cities: What the Khan't has really London signed up to.

When it comes to roads and transport in London and UK please be aware that wef useless idiot The Khan't has signed London up to be one of the C40 cities.

It has nothing to do with emissions, road safety. These are just used as emotional blackmail to put you in a double bind so that the bolsheviks attempting to introduce these regulations can smear you saying you don't care about the environment, kids health etc. when you object.

The consultations have been going on for years and have always been over ruled unless an actual council has overruled them as has happened in parts of Cornwall & North East England.

They are to give the illusion of public involvement.

Carbon is THE building block of ALL life.

CO2 is 0.04% of the atmosphere. Yes that's correct ONLY 0.04% and of that 0.04% total worldwide human activity contributes about 3/4% only of that 0.04%

So to put it politely the Net Zero Emperor is wearing no clothes!

Climate change is real, just think about the last 25 years.  C40 is aspirational and I doubt whether cities have many powers but eating less meat (I'll let David Attenborough explain that to you) and reducing air flights is something we all should be doing.

Also would be useful to hear what others on this site who are prolific in posting their views opposing ULEZ, LTNs, CPZs and the like think of Shuntman's views?  Like it or not some will associate you with Shuntman.  We have at least two Shuntman's on our street Whatsapp. 

Shuntman appears to be shut man as he has nicely closed down some conversations, I'm impressed 👍

You only have to look at what's happening in Spain to see the impacts of climate change. It's great that city mayors are actually trying to do use their power and influence to accelerate our transition to a more sustainable, low carbon future.  

Talk of 'the Khant' and of Bolsheviks betrays the rabbit hole you've clearly lost yourself in. Take off the tin foil hat and step away from Twitter would be my advice.

I think it is right to uphold freedom of speech.  Sadly as I expect we all know there has been dreadful hate crime against Mayor Khan including sadly infiltrating at least one of my WhatsApp groups.  And yes, of course, that was to do with the LTN.  Where this oversteps the mark on the forum, yes I expect Admin will take action.

But I have challenged both the OP: and others to come back to me on this thread, and it has gone quiet.  Please others look at my last two posts, Why the silence?

It goes without saying Shut Man is clearly bonkers.
