Does anyone have information on this sculpture at the corner of East Dulwich Rd and Crystal Palace Rd? It's maker, symbolism etc.

Nah, all you have to do is sign in, save it somewhere in its Apple format, load it into a decent graphic file manager, reduce it from its 4,000x1,800 pixels, save it to a standard canonical format, and it turns from something that seemed like an Oz psychedelic mode image to this:
