Electrician required - re-wire bedroom in 2 bed flat, Nunhead.

Hello, we rent out our 2 bed flat in Upper Nunhead. The sockets in one of the bedrooms are not working. Our agents sent someone round to look and they said there is a fault with the supply cable feeding the sockets. They suggested the remedial works are:

Back Bedroom Sockets

To isolate supplies

To re-wire socket in back bedroom.

To run cable under kitchen units into bedroom from kitchen.

To test and leave in working order.
