Don't know if this is any help?

Trish who teaches at the Dulwich Leisure Centre (and I think elsewhere) is an excellent swimming teacher, but I don't know if she specifically uses the Shaw method as I don't know what it is!

@Sue do you know if Trish teaches adults please?

I had a brilliant teacher at Dulwich leisure centre pre-pandemic and then he left and I've never gone back to continue learning....I really want to get a grip and get back in the pool.

Yes she does, that's how I know she is an excellent teacher! I only had classes with her but am thinking of having individual lessons.

I had to stop for health reasons, but want to go back.

And Starmer piled in very heavily on Johnson for that. If he doesn't resign himself now he is an enormous hypocrite and this will be very damaging  indeed.
    • Yep Peter Mandelson is officially toast.  But what now MUST happen is that the title of Lord and all the privileges which go with that should be removed immediately. It's a long way up the pole but it's an even longer way back down as Mandelson is finding out.
