Certainly individual without doubt… Foxtons has a habit of over pricing for years … having said that.. one always pays a premium for a unique residence…and this is in my humble opinion one of those.. Love property, so thanks for sharing link… -
Southwark council has lower council tax than Lambeth. I'm sure if Southwark raised their council tax to cover similar street cleaning teams, the people on here complaining about leaves would be complaining bitterly about that!

Nope, just a regular old swimming pool. Nice enough house, but £2.75m seems a lot for 3 beds... And the garden seems very sad, with minimal greenery and massive fences all the way around.
