Looking for a nanny, Monday - Thursday, 3.20pm - 6.30pm (with ad hoc extra hours) from Feb 2025, for a fun 9 year old boy who needs to be collected from the Belham, Peckham Rye area. We are looking for someone who likes to play, is happy to connect with other childcarers / parents and their kids, hang out at Warwick Gardens and other locations after school when the weather is decent, and play at home when it’s cold and dark. This will include making and serving some food at home, the occasional playdate at home or elsewhere, and generally just having fun! Some extra hours are sometimes available during school holidays, school strike days, sick days, babysitting etc.

We pay tax, NI, pension and do it all above board as required by the right person. We pay during school holidays so nannies can have their own breaks too. We ask for a commitment of a school year (hopefully more) and have been lucky to have continuity of just two nannies over the last few years who have only left because they are going on to new careers / studies / moved etc. We respect your profession and see you as part of our family.

Please get in touch if interested.

    • Hello everyone, We have lost our wonderful moggie, Cookie.  She's been missing for over a week now and was lost around the back of our house on rail track land around Croxted Road/Turney Road junction. Please do keep an eye out for her and if you see her please let us know urgently as she isn't familiar with the area at all, we are very worried.  She has a microchip (with my brother's contact details) She's black with ginger/brown markings, very distinctive. If you have had sightings of her or seen her at anytime please let do let me know, Henna 07941 047094 If you could post on your local/street groups too, I'd be very grateful. Thank you!
