We are a family renting out a charming double room, which is divided into two areas: a separate bedroom and a living room. Ideally, we are looking to rent to a professional for a long-term stay.

The room also includes a large fridge, freezer, plenty of storage space and plants that can be removed at request.

Please note, I have both a dog and a cat living with us, so pet lovers are welcome!

The house is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area of Forest Hill, with easy access to various public transport options, including Catford, Catford Bridge, and Forest Hill train stations, as well as bus routes 171 and 185.

Shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and garden.

Rent is £950 per month plus a one-month deposit.
References required.

- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.

  Was anyone else disturbed last night/early hours this morning by the party going on in someone’s garden on Crystal Palace road. Can’t see what house exactly but it’s around number 43 - 41… it was happening quite frequently last year. Seems it’s starting again! Very inconsiderate.
