Hi everyone 🙂

I am a creative and fun nanny living in London Bridge, looking for a lovely family to join a few days a week. A bit about me:

I love being a nanny, have over 10 years of experience in childcare, and am confident working with and catering for the many physical and emotional needs of young babies as well as children of all ages. I've worked as a nanny and live-in Au Pair; in London, France, as well as teaching English in Italy. More recently I worked as a nanny for two families; a nanny share; with five children- all under 6. Most recently I worked 4 days a week for two lovely families with two adorable 1 yos; the parents of all of whom would be more than happy to give references. Ideally looking for 20-30h roughly per week but am always happy to discuss options as each family is unique in their needs. I love being silly and getting creative with kids, doing lots of art, storytelling, trips to the park, singing etc!

I have my paediatric first aid certificate as their safety always comes first, but generally I'm a very relaxed and easy going nanny. I am musically trained, with Grade 8 on the Piano and Grade 6 on the Ttrumpet. I write & perform music on the side, and am always incorporating music into my care duties; singing, playing games & music in the kitchen etc, as I strongly believe that music is a brilliant tool for life, and a way of connection, creatively enhancing the worlds of children of all ages and their development.

I am available for ad hoc babysits, and am available to start as early as January 2024.

Please feel free to contact me on here and I'll get back to you with my details,

Bridget

Hi I need childcare help in east dulwich from January until late February/early March and then in Crystal Palace from March onwards indefinitely. Are you still looking for a post? I have two children, one three year old and one three month old. Let me know. Thanks

    • There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
    • Did anyone actually venture in to that place? I recall it always being closed/very uninviting!

    • Why would mice move? It’s not so much they move as multiply and spread    copy and paste rather than cut and paste  mice can and should be dealt with.  But not easily or with guarantees  i would say most people in se22 reading this have mice. Whether they know it or not
