We’re a friendly family based in Dulwich Village, looking for a caring and fun after-school nanny to look after our daughter, aged 4.

The Job

We need someone who can:

  • Pick up from school in Herne Hill
  • Cook simple and healthy meals
  • Help with homework when needed
  • Entertain with arts and games
  • Be organised and responsible for scheduling and preparing ahead for the next day

Hours are 3-6pm Monday to Friday.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who:

  • Has experience with kids and genuinely enjoys spending time with them.
  • Is responsible, kind, fun and reliable.
  • Someone who is well organised and a good communicator. 
 
What You’ll Get:
 
  • A great hourly rate based on your experience. 
  • A relaxed and welcoming family environment.
  • The option for extra hours (school holidays & babysitting), if you’d like.

      Two School Places Available at St Dunstan’s College (Ages 4 & 6)

      Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken.       Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.

      Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

      Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
