I have been training with Natalie for two and a half years.  I started when I finished my treatment for a serious health condition.  It has been transformational and I am now addicted to lifting weights.  Who would have thought that I would have discovered strength training in my 50s? Certainly not any of my friends.  If you are feeling a bit meh and your get up and go has gone,  I can highly recommend coming to the hub and Natalie in particular (although all the trainers are very good).  She is strict on good form but gently encouraging.  I love coming to the hub (even when it is cold and wet and the programme is challenging aka very difficult).  And unlike most gyms, it is not at all intimidating. To be recommended.

      Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.

      I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
