If you're looking for stunning, long-lasting and eco-friendly raised beds for your garden I can strongly recommend Ben (gardener-carpenter based in Camberwell) who recently made a set of raised beds / planter boxes for my garden! We had a consultation on the phone, he shared some ideas and options plus prices and then I sent him my desired measurements for the planters and he had them built and delivered to me within 2 weeks. He can also fill with compost and help with planting selection and sourcing. I'm so happy with these and Ben's fantastic craftmanship!

He uses a wood preservation technique called Yakisugi to not only ensure the timber has long life but create a beautiful striking effect by bringing out the grain. He also uses reclaimed wood and natural oil to treat the boards, so they are safe/perfect for food-growing.       Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

      The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

      I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
