office space / desk space

I'm looking for a co-working/shared desk/office space/somewhere properly quiet where I can work/make work related calls. 

Run out of space / capacity / patience at home. 

I'm in SE26 don't want to have to travel too far, bike / windrush line.

Hello, 

We have a desk space in our studio which is on Blackwater Street (just off Lordship Lane) SE22. It's a quiet space shared with another architect and a group of landscape designers. We are architects and on the first floor. There are a couple of meeting rooms available and a kitchen. Let me know if you'd like to arrange a viewing to hear more. For a fixed desk we would charge £300 / month + VAT. I've attached some photos but let me know if you'd like to arrange a visit.
