Signed. I'm thinking this is the stretch outside the Dulwich common part of the lordship lane estate near the Rosebery gate of the park and with a P4 bus stop on each side of the road so a fair amount of pedestrian traffic. 

It would be especially important since it seems impossible to improve the safety of the crossing outside the old harvester.
