Hi,

We are the Southwark Wellbeing Hub. We are a charitable organisation under the the charity 'Together'; we broadly provide signposting to all Southwark residents helping them to navigate the various services in Southwark. In addition we hold weekly and bi-weekly WORKSHOPS which are FREE for those who reside in the borough. These workshops/groups include Yoga, Gardening, Creative connection, Black carers, Women's peer support and theatre with more to come.   I’ve never been offered a choice of who delivers to me from John Lewis. Normally their couriers do ring the bell, but not always. The bad experience with John Lewis was about a year ago when they just left the item sticking out of a recycling box near the front door. It was part of a large order I had made which was broken up unto multiple deliveries. Amazon has got worse in the last 5 months or so. Deliveries used to be trackable for me.

  I was in the post office yesterday and they were so overwhelmed by parcels, incoming and outgoing, they had to stop accepting Evri returns
