Microwave cleaning? Anyone have it done?

Can anyone recommend a company that cleans microwaves?

Why do you want a 'company'?  Do you have a combi which requires slightly different cleaning techniques?.  I generally clean my microwave 2/3 times a week with a damp cloth, washing the plate in the sink and drying it.

Put a couple of lemon halves in a bowl of water / put in microwave and give a few minutes - the lemony steam should loosen any fat and grime deposits.
