Looking for a Mutual Exchange 3-Bed in Bexley for a 2-Bed in Dulwich.

Is anyone with a 2-bedroom house (not a conversion or on an estate) in Dulwich or very close by looking to upsize?

I have a 3-bedroom semi-detached house in Bexley, with a driveway and garden, and I am looking to downsize to be closer to my support network. I am open to both housing association or council properties.
