Large used Brio train set for sale - includes a station which you can record a voiceover for, a mountain and a bridge, people, trains and trees etc as well as lots of track. Collect from Forest Hill SE23. Used but all in good condition. £35 or nearest offer.

  Hi there, We are considering removing a chimney breast in the living room and the bedroom above. Has anyone done this before? Do we need to remove the chimney stack above also? Is someone able to give us a sense of price? We live in a terrace house. So not sure if our stack is connected to the neighbours chimney stack! Thanks, Julia

  Another carpenter recommendation for Julian Richards. He built and fitted wardrobes in each of our daughters’ rooms and we’re so pleased with them. I wanted something quite specific and he was really flexible and built exactly what we wanted. Communication was great throughout and he started and finished exactly when he said he would. We also had the added surprise of my daughter arriving on Julian’s first day in the house and Julian just got on with it despite the newborn chaos! His number is ‪07931520713‬

  Definitely felt like they were getting a big kickback on the works, which was why they were pushing it more than the goods. What they said re cost for works was stupidly high. Just be aware... it was enough to put me off and for good.
