Help moving a double bed from Sydenham to Nunhead

I’m buying a double bed (dismantled already) and a mattress from another Forum member but I don’t have a vehicle.

Can anyone help me? Pick up is in Sydenham and then back to mine in Nunhead.

If you drive you can use a zip van, I've used them plenty before to move beds sofas etc
