Our tenants association are looking for some to take some sort of fitness in our tenants association hall. 
The hall can probably hold 40 ish people We would like a class once a week to begin with for the maturer residence 40 plus 

We had a Zumba gold before but unfortunately the teacher retired. 
The rates for the hall would be very reasonable for a trial period to cut costs for tenants and to see if it suits the teacher too

      Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
