HypnoBirthing Taster and Courses - SE4

In preparation for Hypnobirthing classes starting at The Telegraph Hill Centre on the 23rd September, I will be running a hour taster session at Pistachio's in the Park - Hillyfields on Thursday 12th September from 7.30pm. It's the perfect opportunity for Mums (and Dads) who are not quite sure whether hypnobirthing might be for you, to hear more about the tools and techniques that can help you create a fear free and comfortable birth, in which you feel in control. You'll be able to of ask lots of questions and enjoy a lovely guided relaxation so you can get a real feel for what hypnobirthing is all about.
