UCL Lecturer Looking for Weekday Accomodation for Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday Evenings

Recommended Posts

Hi,
My name is Tom,
My current accomodation in London is coming to an end. I have been lodging  with an elderly gentleman for the last 18 Months, but sadly his health has deteriorated over the last few weeks and he now needs overnight live in care. We have had a great time together, its sad to be moving on, but I am glad he is able to get the care he needs.
I am a Lecturer at UCL with an interest in Art, Design, Music, Film, Architecture and Construction. I am in my mid-late 30s.
I used to live in Peckham for 15 years untill we moved out of London to be nearer to family and a unique job oportunity for my partner.

I am looking for accomodation Monday evening to Thursday morning. Following my usual routine I get back around 8-9pm and am out the door around 7-7.30AM. Please do get in touch if this is something you may be interested in.

Best Wishes

Tom

    • This is the relevant passage, I believe "Southwark Council (Peckham Rye, Burgess Park, Southwark Park) will earn a projected £440,000 from events in its parks in 2025, up from £340,000 in 2024. Events include GALA Festival in Peckham Rye, August’s Boiler Room, Jazz Café and Maiden Voyage in Burgess Park, and RALLY festival in Southwark Park." What would of course be interesting to know is what they spend this on. Is there any transferred benefit to those local people who live around and use these facilities? But I wouldn't hold your breath for an answer.
    • An interesting article from Journalist Jim Waterson about how much councils make from festivals....it starts with an article about 5g but scroll down for the festivals article    https://www.londoncentric.media/p/real-5g-conspiracy-how-londoners-lied-over-their-phone-signal
    • Could you give the news source so that I can see whether it is reliable (like BBC) or nuts ( like Reform conspiracy insights)?
