Hi all!

I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed place, either for short/medium term whilst I look for a longer term option, or if the right place comes up then great.

I'm full-time employed and looking for somewhere around East Dulwich/Peckham/Nunhead/Brockley/Forest Hill/Crystal Palace/Gipsy Hill

Please send me a message if you have anything 🙂 Can give reference from previous rental!

Hi Sophie,

 

Are you still looking? 

We have a double room with en suite and private terrace available in a few weeks time in Peckham.  We have dogs. 

It's my husband & I who live at our 4 bed house with a large garden and the room is just off our kitchen. £1,000 inc all bills.

      Ah, thanks,  it all comes flooding back. I've actually been to the Hastings shop, I'd forgotten all about it, along with her name! Didn't she (in between?)  take over what  was then The Magnolia, previously The Magdala, now The Lordship, with her then partner? Or is that some figment of my imagination?  In fact, didn't they transform it from The Magdala (much missed) to The Magnolia? With flowery wallpaper covering the front of the bar? Which reminds me of the pub's brief period after The Magnolia  as the ill-conceived and ill-fated The Patch.

      A belated recommendation for Iain and Paul od Oddbods who came to help me with various jobs before Christmas.  Painting ceiling, renewing silicone around bath, repairing a window sill which was almost beyond repair and hanging a large mirror.   Very happy with their work and they are friendly and very reliable and excellent at communicating.  No hesitation in recommending them.
