Is anyone else getting inundated with texts  asking them to book a jab?

From a no reply possible source?

I've already booked mine, and still the texts keep coming.

Surely there must be some central NHS database somewhere?

I have the same issue i always get the text ftom NO REPLY. Maybe a glitch in system somewhere.

Not meaning to cause any controversy, but are COVID jabs still necessary for over 60's and for how long (years) are they needed?

I think it's just if you are over 75,  unless you have certain medical conditions.

But of course that could be a money saving measure.

Maybe ask your GP if they think you need one?
