Bamboo removal job!!

Hello! I'm looking for a gardener/landscaper who can help with controlling some bamboo encroachment! I have contacted some specialists already but it seems they mostly require an extended process involving chartered surveyors etc. and this job isn't on that scale. 

The bamboo was planted about 7 years ago, directly in the backyard border which shares it's soil with the neighbour's yard (no containment). Recently we have both noticed quite significant spreading of the rhizomes, and need to get them out of the ground stat before the spring growth kicks into gear.
