Group Personal training sessions are an effective way to get FITTER, LEANER, STRONGER at a fraction of the cost. Cheaper session means increased frequency equals FAST results....

Sessions are held at the Dulwich College Sports Centre/Gym ( Pond Cottages- SE21).

Run with Small Groups, group personal training programmes combines focused individual fitness requirements with the added benefits of working in a small group. Group personal training increases motivation and totally steps up the rules of engagement in your approach and attitude to each training session. All sessions are 60mins long and include a free assessment.

Morning, afternoon,evening and weekend slots available, please ring for more information- pricing, available slots etc

Here are our recommendations… Vet - The Neighbourhood Vet (Lordship Lane) They’re always lovely, no matter which vet you see - and have helped us with all sorts of issues Groomers - We’ve been going to Marta for years. She’s brilliant. Our dog used to find grooming really stressful until we found Marta.
