Looking for decorator, carpet removal, reinstating wooden flooring and laying Vicitorian tiles

Can anyone recommend a decorator please? I also need someone to take out fitted carpet and reinstate floorboards and lay Victorian tiles.

I would be keen to have a recommendation for a Victorian tile specialist too. I contacted Dempster tiles over a week ago and have had no reply.
