1 bed flat in a converted Victorian house in vibrant East Dulwich, just moments from Peckham Rye.

It has a large, bright lounge and separate kitchen, while on-street parking outside is non-permit and free.

The one bed flat would suit a single professional or professional couple. It's well connected for access to the city and the centre of town with trains running direct into London Bridge, London Blackfriars, Victoria and the overground to Clapham Junction, plus buses into central London and Farringdon too.

Lively East Dulwich and its bars and restaurant culture are a stone's throw away, while the lovely green open space of Peckham Rye is at the end of the road.

It comes semi-furnished, so there's room to add your own personal touch to the space to make it feel like home (bed frame, wardrobe, kitchen white goods, hallway and front room storage cupboards).

Available June 2025 and I'm looking for long-term tenants wanting to make this their new home.

Rent is £1750 pcm and comes exclusive of bills. No smokers or pets please. No fees either - I am a private landlady.

Do get in touch to arrange a viewing.

    • Yes, should have given up by now but haven’t. Was waiting for my train yesterday and went into WHS on platform to buy a pack of fags. Almost feel to the floor when guy quoted me £28.00 for a packet of Silk Cut purple. Was a long day for me and thought I had totally misheard him! Asked again, only to be told that that was the price whuch is well over the odds..when I queried it as have bought, admittedly end of last year was told “ this is what management charges”. Surely this can’t be right…fags stayed in WHS paws while I bought some in Herne Hill at normal price. Still reeling over shock…..
    • I use the one in peckham where lidles is they are really good if you need somewhere closer
    • Going to be really inconvenient for folk to go that way as has been stated.. why not just move to Camberwell which I would assume is abit nearer and better travelling wise or have vets in both places from Lordship Lane Branch.. Must have been massive flood if going to take two months to dry out, electrical tests to make sure all good… From upstairs? Or where?
    • @selector73 Thanks!  Because we want him to be treated by the vets that know him we will have to get to the New X branch because thats where the team are based until LL reopens. Thank you again 🙏
