This is a dual role looking for a candidate with strong bookkeeping experience, as well as someone who can assist with the smooth running of the office. Experience of working in the IT sector advantageous. Job Responsibilities:- Bookkeeping using Sage - Answering incoming calls to the office- Dealing with any questions or enquiries- Contacting suppliers - Assisting other team members in busy periods, assisting with organising events, etc- Monthly invoice run & VAT returns- Creating quotesPreferred Skills:- Candidates applying must have strong bookkeeping experience- Previous experience using Sage Accounts- Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel- Experience in IT sector Personal Attributes:- A strong team player, with the ability to work independently - Resilient- Professional, flexible and reliable - Forward thinking- Organised & logical way of workingCandidates applying must be available immediately, on a temporary to permanent basis.
