I actively train as a boxer, kickboxer with a history of muay thai training all these protocols are used to increase endurance and push your fitness barriers."I am a great believer that varied training is the key and we need to constantly give our bodies different stimuli to keep moving forward and get exciting results, I utilise various modalities with my approach to resistance training and adapt to individuals goals of weight loss, toning, sculpting AND strength for performance and speed .
