Hiya, I'm looking for a new place to live in the East Dulwich/Peckham Rye/Lordship Lane bordered area. I'm a clean and considerate tenant/housemate that values a homely environment. I like to watch movies, go to galleries and be in the sun as much as possible when it's out. I really enjoy being in this area, especially the proximity to amazing local and independent run stores.

I'm a creative professional and my budget is £800 inclusive of bills.
