Fashion Floor, Coldharbour Lane - anyone used them before?

I'm relaying some flooring at home & wondered if anyone has used Fashion Floor before? If so I'd be really grateful if you could let me know what they are like for laminate flooring (quality wise) & whether their fitting service is any good too? They are really reasonable so I'd be really grateful to hear if you've used these guys before & for your feedback before I decide what to do.

They are based just opposite Loughborough Junction station.

  Much as I'd like to support the Co op, I think the one in Lordship Lane is a really depressing place to shop in, and it would be great if a Waitrose replaced it. I don't suppose M&S would be delighted, though (and Waitrose probably wouldn't move in, for the same reason).
