After phoning endless people who didn't answer or didn't reply to a left message, I got through to local assessor Patrick at DEA Ltd and he couldn't have been more helpful. Even though I was technically out of his catchment area (the flat I wanted assessing was in Lewisham) he was happy to come over at short notice and do my EPC, therefore stopping me from getting ripped off by estate agents!! However he then located a valid EPC on the database and phoned me immediately, forwarded this to me and cancelled the appointment - all at no cost to me.

I haven't dealt with someone as honest and friendly as Patrick in a long time and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking an EPC or suchlike. A proper local business! He can be contacted on 07931338854.
