Reliable Clean needed

Hi

Does anyone know of a good reliable cleaner. We are looking for someone to come twice a week for three hours who is thorough and reliable. We have just got a new cleaner who is great when she is here but keeps cancelling. We need someone we can trust as often we want be here when they are in the house. We have a small friendly dog as well who will be about.

Any help would be great.
