No itching, but I'm still effing laid up in bed. Tenth day. Really fed up. No physical or mental energy to do anything at all unless it's both essential and time critical, and then it takes me ages 😭 All I can do is read, sleep or look at my phone, which at least is a tiny entertainment centre. People who have had this virus, did yours last as long as this? I'm hoping it's not going to be some lengthy post viral fatigue thing lasting weeks/months 😭 Sorry to be so self centred when so many people have so much worse things going on (before anybody else points this out). -

Hello I live in a tiny studio and sadly some very noisy neighbours moved in and are making my life very difficult. Does anyone have any soundproofing foam panels or similar for sale? Would be a lifesaver. Can pickup from anywhere thank you -
