Yep, amidst all the 'summer chilling and green village' marketing vibe, there is no mention that the sweet little 'private' courtyards and carefully crafted roof terraces will be towered over by massive 8 storey high student accommodation. They'll be wanting to build and get those sold off fast.

Definitely the building.  The original application dates from 2022.  The accumulated final reference looks like 24-AP-3740, which shows the northwest elevation on Railway Rise.

They are being squeezed into the land on the site of the old Melbourne Grove surgery that closed when Tessa Jewell opened. Kind of behind where Il Mirto was.

Don't know what you mean. £1.6m for six contemporary townhouses seems pretty cheap to me.

Those floor plans remind me of the layout of the houses they built on the site of the Old Police Station opposite the Actress.

I think they look quite nice from the outside which is what matters to me as a member of the public. The indoor floorplan is not to my taste with lots of awkward small floors, but I don't care about the inside as I don't plan on living in them.
