FHRGP is probably one of the worst surgeries in SE London, if not the whole of London with their holier than thou approach to dealing with patients who they class as customers. Try to see a GP, practically if not totally impossible. They will use every excuse under the sun not to see a patient fobbing them of to other members of staff to deal with. How the surgery survives I have no idea. It's funny that they are currently trying to get new patients to sign up with so many having left and found a far better experience elsewhere. -
