Dismantling and removing old bed

i have a single bed that isn’t good enough to recycle as it’s a cute Argos one for a child that was always weak and the slats kept breaking. It’s not a divan or at all heavy. I need someone to dismantle it for me and take it down two flights of stairs and ideally take it to the tip otherwise I can arrange a council collection. Anyone who can help?
