Car tyre knowledge?

Hi, I drive a lovely Vauxhall Astra with low profile tyres. 

2 weeks ago I hit the kerb, and my front left tyre has a small bulge on the side wall. (about half a squash ball in size). 

I have been driving locally since hitting the kerb. Will it still be safe to drive on the motorway?...or do I need to replace the tyre immediately?...and if so where's best to go?

You need another tyre.  Ideally, change as soon as possible.

Do NOT take it up to motorway speed but replace it asap. I recommend Economic Tyres in West Norwood.  They don't look much from the outside but they've always been friendly and fairly priced.
