Bear in mind your employer is legally bound to pay reasonable legal fees for you

I'm an employment lawyer but don't work locally (office is near St Paul's). Feel free to PM me if you want details. Your employer isn't legally required to pay fees towards your advice on the agreement, but most do because it's in their interest that you sign it.
