We've just had some gorgeous curtains made by Jamie who lives in the Dulwich/Nunhead area. He was competitively priced and was able to turn them round very quickly for us. We were slightly clueless about what we needed but Jamie offered lots of helpful advice and came up with some good suggestions for fabric shops in the area. Very skilled, friendly and a really good service.

With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT. One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
