comomum
I bought this lovely cupboard from here a few years ago and added shelves so that it could be used for linen and towels. However you could take them out easily if you wanted to use if for hanging clothes (the rail and hooks are still in place) . It was in an alcove in our old house so I didn't paint the sides. If you wanted to touch up the paint work (or paint it a new colour) I used Annie Sloan chalk paint in Antoinette and then buffed some clear wax on (I'm happy to explain the method if you're interested in the task, but it's very easy to do in a couple of hours). The paint can be bought through Annie Sloans website and many other places (including B and Q and possibly Eds in East Dulwich - that's where I got the paint originally). Collection from Forest Hill. We got it in the boot of a car but be warned, it's pretty heavy as it's real wood and very sturdy. I'll be very sad to see it go, the carving on the front is really beautiful, but it just isn't needed in our new home and I'd like the space back. £45 or nearest offer. Height : 155cm / Width: 74cm / Depth: 50cm Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/363403-small-pink-wooden-antique-cupboard-%C2%A345-ono/ Share on other sites
