Over 40s Walking Football.

I no longer live in SE22 but as someone significantly older than 40+ I have started playing walking football down in Lewes and can heartily recommend it. It's not as sedate as you might think and the social aspect is great is well if that's something you are into 

 

So despite having no affiliation with the OP I'm heartily endorsing this event
