It's in good condition, although there are a few small marks. It's still up, so you're welcome to have a look before we dismantle. Included are two hook-on shelves which are handy for the high bunk plus the white desk swivel chair.

 

Happy to include the mattress which is in good condition too and has always had mattress protectors on.
