Hello, I am looking for a super reliable cleaner with a meticulous eye for detail.

We need someone who can manage irregular bookings over the summer while we are away and hosting multiple back to back Airbnb bookings, preparing the property between each guest stay to a hotel standard.

Happy to negotiate a competitive fee if you are able to guarantee an exact time schedule on each day. We currently have 100% 5 star reviews and it is very important to us to maintain a reputation for a beautifully presented home.

  Last year the catchment widened significantly, the last few people to get in on the waiting list were up as far as marmora road. (Forest Hill Road end), possibly further. I would say it was likely that you would get in from a house of that distance on offers day and if not, on the waiting list, but of course nothing is guaranteed, good luck with whatever you decide X

  This is a bugbear of mine too. I especially dislike unsolicited mail that is partially stuffed through the letterbox, leaving the letterbox open. It advertises no one is in and also lets heat escape.
