Recommendation for speed alert app for android ?

Sadly I need additional help to stick to 20mph on local roads .

I do have WAZE and see that I can have spped alerts turned on but presumably this would mean entering a route for each drive ?

Is there a better app that will track my speed and alert me when I'm getting close to the limit ?

Radarbot has an option for an audible alert when above speed limit. I use it to alert me to speed cameras on my route, but haven't used the option to alert me when I am above the limit. Once the app is operational and on, it works without the google maps or waze so does not need to follow a route.

Waze can alert you if you're speeding. Settings -> Alerts and Reports -> Speedometer.

Then select "show speed limit - always"; "speeding threshold - at speed limit"; "alert when speeding- on".

At least that's how it works on my version.

Genuinely without wishing to be unkind, but if you can’t use the speedometer, should you really be driving? You wouldn’t pass the driving test. If it’s a vision thing, Taylor West are very, very good (although also very expensive).
