Recommendations for window repair

Hello,

Hoping someone can help.

The cord in the main window in the living room has snapped and the window can only be held open minimally, and with books at the moment. Less than ideal in this weather.

Does anyone have any recommendations for window tradesmen that would be able to repair windows as in the photos attached please? So far, finding anyone to repair these is proving tricky.

I can come and have a look at this for you and see the extent of what's needed. These are quite tricky as have to take all the little beads off and open the boxes on the sides to change the weights inside. Will have to have a look before pricing
